India's soldiers and their apathy

hi,

Sachin Tendulkar has completed 20 years in international cricket. Great....and hats off this gentleman for achieving this feat.
The complete media is ga ga over it and giving coverage to his heroics. But has somebody thought that we are just 11 days from the 1st anniversary of 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. But the masterminds are still at large and some are enjoying in jails.

Sometimes a question is raised in my minds that are we really serious about fighting terrorism or it is just pseudo showoff of nationalism.

Post 26/11, everybody was concerned about national security for a week but then we Indians came to our born tendency of "kya hota hai". Parents started thinking about how can they send their child to foreign universities, Babus started under the table money business and politicians rolled up their sleeves to make politics on another "shahid".

India has become a thankless nation. Indian forces are called for everything unusual that happens in india. It may be natural calamity or man made disasters. If army has to step in for every problem then why do we need politicians and babus. Army should better take over the country and take it to new highs.

I remember the Kargil days when the father of martyr had to shed his tears on screen to get his petrol pump which the government promised post his sons sacrifice for the nation. Why should one die for the nation or even work hard to protect it frontiers? When nobody cares for their sacrifice?

At the end I would ask all the readers to spread the word for the goodwill of Indian soldiers
and help the martyr's next of kin in any ways.

At the end I salute the brave hearts who are fighting daily for the respect of their uniform and their paltan.
